The child, a young boy, was reportedly left behind by his mother near the Tenement overpass. Hitones recounted the heart-rending scene, describing how the child’s cries echoed through the area as he appeared inconsolable. Despite attempts to communicate with him, the boy’s sobbing made it difficult for him to speak coherently.
