Elon Musk Boosts Controversial Conservative Documentary Exposing Biden’s ‘Police State’ Ahead of 2024 Election

Tech mogul Elon Musk threw his weight behind a viral conservative documentary film aimed at exposing what it describes as “draconian corruption and tyranny” within the current Biden Administration.

The controversial documentary, titled “Police State,” directed by conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, received an unexpected and substantial endorsement when Musk shared it with his 159 million X (formerly Twitt followers.

Musk’s endorsement came with a concise yet impactful caption: “The FBI needs a thorough reform.”

These words triggered a global debate on issues such as election interference, the existence of a “Deep State,” and allegations of corruption and political oppression by the Biden administration.

As of this writing, Musk’s post, made 20 hours ago, has garnered over 240,000 likes, 55,000 reposts, and 14,000 comments, underscoring the magnitude of the conversation surrounding the documentary.

D’Souza’s trailer has been viewed over 47 million times since its release on Tuesday, accompanied by a message urging viewers to watch and share, and announcing the film’s theater release on October 23 and 25, with a virtual premiere on October 27, all accessible at http://policestatefilm.net.

Both Musk and D’Souza share an immigrant background, and they seized the opportunity to address their shared concerns.

D’Souza replied to Musk’s post by advocating for an end to censorship, Orwellian indoctrination in schools and media, the targeting of dissidents, and the plight of political prisoners. He referred to these issues as components of the “#PoliceState.”

The “Police State” trailer opens with a dramatic scene depicting an FBI SWAT team forcefully entering an average American home, all while President Joe Biden’s voiceover declares that “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent extremism that threatens the very foundation of our republic.”

The subsequent scenes in the trailer depict the alleged weaponization of the country’s security apparatus against political opponents and specific groups.

Joining the discussion were notable figures, including Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, who simply stated, “Shut. It. Down,” alongside an infographic highlighting the FBI’s alleged politicization.

Verified user Spike Cohen added, “The FBI needs to be reformed into an organization that used to exist, but doesn’t anymore.”

Conservative influencers, the Hodgetwins, chimed in with a comprehensive list of demands: “Get rid of the Patriot Act, get rid of the secret FISA courts, shut down the FBI, IRS, ATF, CIA, NSA, and every other corrupt 3-letter agency. Stop spying on Americans, stop censoring them, and stop labeling half the country as domestic terrorists.”

Amid the avalanche of comments, a prevailing sentiment emerged: a desire to abolish the FBI due to perceived corruption and its alleged manipulation by the Biden Administration.

The conservative Heritage Foundation contributed to the conversation, asserting, “The executive branch’s misuse of federal intelligence authorities gives Congress clear and compelling grounds for enacting forceful reforms, starting with the FBI.”

The release of the documentary trailer coincided with an investigative report by Newsweek, which alleged that the Biden FBI had classified Trump and his supporters as domestic terrorists.

Responding to this revelation, verified user Joey Mandarin, a self-proclaimed political strategist, expressed his concern, stating, “Newsweek reports that the FBI has ‘quietly created a new category’ of domestic terrorists to hunt down: Donald Trump supporters. AKA ME, AND 75,000,000 OTHER AMERICANS. Mussolini did this exact same thing.”

Newsweek, in a move that further amplified the controversy, posted its exclusive news story and magazine cover on the X platform, accompanied by the caption: “Magazine Exclusive: The FBI targets Trump followers as the 2024 election nears.”

Dinesh D’Souza, the man behind “Police State,” left a poignant comment on Newsweek’s post, simply stating, “I made a movie about this.”

As the 2024 election looms, the intense debate sparked by Musk’s endorsement and the release of “Police State” shows no signs of abating, highlighting the deep divisions within American society.

The documentary promises to be a focal point in the ongoing discourse about the role of government agencies and their impact on democracy in the United States.
