MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, made history as the first individual YouTuber to reach a staggering 200 million subscribers.
However, what makes this achievement truly extraordinary is the unconventional celebration that followed – a seven-day stint buried alive underground inside a coffin.
The latest episode, titled “I Spent 7 Days Buried Alive,” showcases MrBeast’s daring celebration of this rare milestone, facing the constant threat of being buried under 20,000 pounds of dirt.
The episode, posted just a few hours ago, reveals that this remarkable feat was filmed around mid-October, as the content creator hit the 200 million subscriber mark on October 15.
In a reflective X post, MrBeast shared his disbelief at the monumental achievement: “We hit 200,000,000 subscribers! If you traveled back in time and showed this screenshot to me when I was 13, there is 0 shot he’d believe it’s real haha.”
He emphasized that this is just the beginning, expressing, “I still have decades left in the tank.”
This daring stunt isn’t the first of its kind for MrBeast, who previously spent 50 hours buried alive two years ago.
Acknowledging the potential health risks, he humorously mentioned, “I promised my doctor that I would move every day so I don’t get blood clots. Coz apparently laying down for seven days can kill you.”
The underground adventure featured MrBeast’s survival tactics, including MRE consumption and makeshift facilities inside the coffin.
His team, referred to as “his boys,” added an entertaining element by disrupting his solitude with loudspeakers and ground-digging antics.
The emotional turn came on day five when Karl announced the impending celebration of the 200 million subscriber milestone.

Despite feeling unwell, MrBeast expressed happiness at the impending achievement.
“I’ve been feeling pretty terrible all day. But the fact that we’re about to hit 200 million subscribers, actually makes me kind of happy,” MrBeast said.
The episode became a heartfelt moment as MrBeast and his friends shared their stories of humble beginnings and the incredible journey to 200 million subscribers.

“Before this, I was just some random dude in Nebraska,” Nolan said.
Chris Tyson, who was with MrBeast from the very start, said, “I was some random dude from North Carolina.”

“I used to be some random guy in Nebraska,” Karl said.
To which MrBeast quipped, “Karl, this is a heartfelt moment. Don’t copy Nolan.”
“It’s crazy that we used to talk about this sitting at a lunch table, and now we’re at 200 million subscribers. That’s insane!” Chris added.
“I just want to say it’s an honor working with everyone. Let’s crush some more goals,” said Tareq.

“I first started working here; it was like seven of us, and I was the janitor,” said Chandler, one of the favorites of the cast. “And now we’re at 200 million subs, and I’m very grateful.”
“I started making videos when I was 11. I’m 25 now, and I never in a million years thought this channel would get this big. As we’re about to hit 200 million subscribers, I just want all of you to know I appreciate every single one of you who watches my videos,” MrBeast said in a somber manner.

“I still remember the days when I would make videos and literally get zero views. Thank you so much!”
As MrBeast reflected on his 14-year YouTube journey, he expressed gratitude to his viewers, recalling the days when his videos received zero views.
Now the second most-followed YouTuber globally, he has set his sights on surpassing the current leader, T-series, with over 250 million subscribers.
Fans marveled at the extraordinary follower count, with one commenting, “200 million subs, that’s almost as many as the population of some countries.”
Mr Beast’s Instagram following, standing at 42 million, adds another dimension to his online dominance, poised for further expansion.
The celebration of this monumental achievement continues to resonate across social media platforms, marking a unique chapter in the realm of online content creation.
