The popular chiropractor and social media personality, Dr. Tyler Bigenho, recognized for his striking appearance and satisfying back-cracking videos, has become the focal point of a trending controversy on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
However, this time, the trend is far from positive, revolving around terms like “pasend” and “dr Tyler” in connection with an alleged sex scandal.
Even before the news broke about the KathNiel breakup, Doc Tyler was already making waves on X’s trending topics list.
Days later, the doctor released a statement through his FB reels, addressing the circulating sensitive video.
“People are mean. Appreciate all the support from everyone,” he captioned in the video.
In his statement, Dr. Tyler revealed that he has been a victim of blackmail and extortion on social media over the past week.
Expressing gratitude for the outpouring of support, he acknowledged the challenging situation, stating, “And I wanna thank everybody who knows about the situation, who has reached out and offered words of support and encouragement, I really appreciate you, thank you so much.”
Opening up about the severity of the situation, he added, “It’s really hard, and I’ve never gone through like this before. I can’t say much more than that because there are high-level authorities involved in this case…”
Regrettably, a surge of X (formerly Twitter) users, many identified as porn enthusiasts, has been actively seeking a copy of the private video involving chiropractor Dr. Tyler Bigenho.
This has resulted in the term “pasend” trending on the platform for several consecutive days.
Exploiting the trend, some unscrupulous individuals are attempting to profit by selling the alleged private video for a nominal sum.
Commenting on the unfolding situation, StridentEsquire, an X user, remarked, “Filipino porn addicts flooding Dr. Tyler Bigenho’s IG, and his name trending on Twitter is a clear indication that this country is flooded by ignorant, disgusting perverts.”
Expressing concern about the normalization of sharing private videos, X user Dave Simon stated, “Exposing private videos has become so normalized these days. I just hope I won’t end up being friends with or dating someone who casually goes on FB/Twitter and asks, ‘Sino pasend?’ about a private video that was never meant to be shared.”
While Dr. Tyler neither admitted nor denied his involvement in the video, he assured his followers that he would continue with his work.
However, he hinted at potential absences in the coming weeks, suggesting that there are matters he needs to address.
Despite the challenges, he requested respect for his privacy.
Many netizens showed their support for Doc Tyler, offering encouraging messages during this tumultuous time.
“Hang on, Dr. Tyler. Iknow ur an honest man, keep ur faith you’ll get through this,” a fan commented.
“God Bless you Dr Tyler Bigenho , me and my fellow followers believe you and keep on going ![]()
