Raffle Winner of P3M Shares Proof of Winning Online, Extends Blessings to Neighbors Amid Controversial PCSO ‘Edited’ Winner Photo

Amid the ongoing online discussion sparked by a controversially edited photo of an undisclosed PCSO winner, a modest online raffle platform underscores its commitment to transparency.

MBH Online Raffle, which operates in certain communities in Tarlac and Pampanga, achieves this by openly presenting the names, photos, and even videos of its lucky winners on the internet.

The identity and photo of its most recent fortunate raffle winner, Ana Morena Dolloso from Tarlac, have recently been posted on Facebook, along with her prize of P3 million.

For her part, Dolloso not only proudly showcased her winnings but also demonstrated generosity towards the local community.

Organizers of MBH’s season 7 raffle shared a captivating photo on its Facebook page featuring Dolloso with her substantial prize – an impressive P3 million.

To underscore transparency and accountability to the participants, MBH took a step further by posting images of three additional winners, each claiming P1 million prizes, on their Facebook page.

Dolloso independently corroborated her victory by sharing proof, including a video on her personal Facebook account where she claims her winning prize.

Going beyond the boundaries of personal gain, Dolloso graciously shared her blessings with the community. Images of people queuing up for their share, or “balato,” in the form of chicken meat, circulated online, with one Facebook post expressing gratitude, “Yung nanalo ng 3MILLION sa MBH Online Raffle nung Season7 Namigay ng manok. God Bless You mam for sharing your blessings! Baka sa susunod ikaw naman ang magshare ng blessings mo!”

In a video capturing Dolloso’s personal prize claim, the raffle organizers aimed for transparency by showcasing the winner’s ID and the actual cash prize, providing a clear view for the betting public.

Meanwhile, addressing the cloud of non-transparency and secrecy surrounding lotto winners, Senator Raffy Tulfo made explosive revelations during a riveting session of the Senate committee on ways and means on Thursday, December 18.

He accused PCSO General Manager Melquiades “Mel” Robles of a direct connection to a nearly P700 million lottery winner, alleging them to be close associates or “katropa.” Tulfo, unapologetically, demanded, “Sa executive session, I need to know kung sino ‘yung nanalo. Kasi nga po, may nakarating sa amin na katropa niyo [Robles] ‘yung nanalo.”

In response to the scrutiny, the PCSO committed to disclosing the names of lotto winners in a closed-door Senate executive session if subpoenaed. This commitment arose due to the viral circulation of an edited photo of a Lotto 6/42 jackpot winner.

During the inquiry, Robles acknowledged that an edited photo of a Lotto 6/42 jackpot winner had been circulated to protect the bettor’s identity. The verified winner, hailing from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, successfully claimed the P43,882,361.60 jackpot at the PCSO Main Office on December 28, 2023.
