‘Lady Glitter Sparkle’ Queen Dura Declares “National Adjustment Day” for Braces, Delighting 800,000 TikTok Followers

In a move that has left fans both amused and intrigued, the hilarious TikToker Queen Dura has finally spilled the beans on her highly-anticipated braces adjustment schedule.

Known for her uproarious content and a recent foray into the world of spoken poetry, the influencer delighted her 800,000-plus TikTok subscribers with the announcement that her braces would be getting a makeover on February 8.

“Excited na ako sa Feb 8, national adjustment day,” shared Queen Dura, whom her fans jokingly describe as the ‘Lady Glitter Sparkle on TikTok’, reading out one of her top fan’s comments.

“Hindi ka magdedesisyon sa day na yan. Walang ganun ganun, go! Ginawa mo pang holiday yong pagpapa-adjust ko! Naiimberna ako sa ‘yo alam mo ba?” she playfully exclaimed, punctuating her statement with her signature, “hoy! OA ka!”

Despite her dedicated following, Queen Dura has not been immune to the teasing and jests of her fans due to the conspicuous absence of certain metal components on her braces.

Supporters, some playfully, have been encouraging her to schedule an adjustment with her orthodontist posthaste, as the metal bits, including brackets, bands, and wires, are crucial for the overall effectiveness of orthodontic treatment.

“Curious question, bakit kaya ayaw nya magpa-adjust medyo nakakabother langs,” pondered one TikToker, while another fan astutely observed, “yung isang ngipin walang bracket.”

Queen Dura’s incomplete braces have become somewhat of a trademark, with fans incorporating it into her unique branding.

The announcement of her adjustment schedule, as expected, sent waves of joy through her fan base, garnering more than 18,000 likes within hours.

“Sana walang pasok para masubaybayan ko yung adjustment ni papa,” one fan quipped humorously.

“Mii buti kapa ang adjust mo once a year kasi kami kada buwan,” commented another supporter.

“Thank you, Queen kaya pala holiday samin at walang pasok dito samin,” added a top follower.

It’s worth noting that Queen Dura, whose online presence has not been without its fair share of drama, found herself in the center of attention last October after an incident at Nectar, a popular gay bar in BGC, involving an unfortunate ‘ice throwing’ incident.

“Grabe nakakahiya nuna ginawa tong taong ito. So ayun. Kumakalat na kasi sa Twitter yong ginawa ko sa nectar. Yong kahihiyan,” she expressed in a TikTok apology post.

“Sobrang maling mali talaga ‘yon. Sobrang nakakahiya. Grabe. Alam ko hindi reason yong pagiging lasing ko dun sa ginawa ko,” she apologetically admitted, showing a more reflective side of the popular content creator.
