Though Facebook co-founder and CEO of Meta Platforms Mark Zuckerberg didn’t admit collusion with the outgoing Biden administration in censoring conservatives and political opponents, he openly stated during his latest appearance on the Joe Rogan Podcast that Biden officials and handlers coerced his social media company to censor people and groups.
Did the anti-Trump social media boss have a change of heart after the former president won in a landslide in November and after his much-talked-about visit to Mar-a-Lago?
In a seemingly “kicking-under-the-bus” tell-all with Joe Rogan, Zuckerberg also confessed that Biden administration officials would call his company to “scream and curse” at Facebook and Instagram executives, demanding that they censor and remove content, including truthful posts and memes.
That statement, in itself, is a confession to witnessing a heinous crime or major criminal act.
Mark Zuckerberg made numerous admissions to Joe Rogan, particularly that modern censorship efforts are driven by ideology rather than a commitment to truth.
Zuckerberg explained that censorship efforts intensified after Trump’s election and Brexit, both fueled by politics.
He admitted buying into media claims that misinformation was the sole reason for Trump’s victory. He noted how fact-checking quickly shifted from debunking issues like flat-Earth theories to politically charged topics.
He openly questioned Facebook’s role as the “truth decider” for billions, calling it a dangerous and ideological position to take.
What seems to be Zuckerberg’s motivation for revealing all this? Is it because there’s now a new sheriff in town? To be fair, he said positive things about the president-elect, stating that Trump is determined to protect American interests, adding, “He just wants America to win.”
Meanwhile, Zuckerberg criticized the Biden administration for going after big companies like Facebook and feeding them to the EU, highlighting its adamant stance on punishing U.S. companies. He argued that the U.S. government should be defending American companies, not attacking them or feeding them to foreign regulators.
Having said that, is Zuckerberg motivated by retaliation against abusive Biden officials by equipping the incoming Trump DOJ, to be led by Pam Bondi, with tips to pursue later?
Certainly, Zuckerberg knows what he’s doing. Whatever his intentions, it’s clear the Biden administration didn’t just violate Americans’ First Amendment rights but also committed political crimes and abused its power against opponents.
During the pandemic, Zuckerberg revealed that Biden officials “pushed” Facebook to take down anything that “said the vaccines might have side effects.”
What he disclosed so far is absolutely criminal—especially considering studies now finding that vaccines didn’t prevent transmission, nullifying the rationale for vaccine mandates. If debate on this issue was suppressed, the Biden administration should be held criminally liable for everyone who lost their jobs.
It’s commendable that Zuckerberg is now speaking out, admitting that the Biden administration acted like a tyrannical regime that abused its power and extorted companies like Facebook to violate people’s First Amendment rights.
But a major question remains: why did Zuckerberg comply? Not only were American accounts shut down during the pandemic, but tens of millions of real accounts worldwide, including mine, were censored or completely shut down.
My Facebook account of over 10 years, for example, was deleted on March 14, 2020, for merely suggesting that the worsening coronavirus pandemic might have started in a Wuhan lab. Just minutes after posting that in an anti-woke Facebook group, my entire account was shut down.
Now that Facebook is owning up to its mistakes, should they restore accounts deleted for pandemic-related posts? During that period, Facebook freely censored millions worldwide and even opposed the policies of the Trump administration.
So, my suspicion is that Zuckerberg’s tell-all, throwing the outgoing Biden administration under the bus, is for economic survival and self-interest. Like the then-woke Twitter, he also censored and banned Trump!
Indeed, Zuckerberg has great survival instincts. He fell in line with the censorship the Biden regime required and knew precisely when to expose it to prepare for the incoming Trump administration.
My personal experience with Facebook, as an Asian, makes it hard to believe that Zuckerberg is sincere. I still see him as a lying, opportunistic con man who is using this opportunity with Joe Rogan to take vengeance against abusive Biden officials and protect himself from potential investigations by the incoming Trump DOJ.
However, this latest admission is rich and may offer some answers to his critics. Many on X are now asking: why didn’t he fight for Americans’ free speech rights and resist the Biden administration’s calls?
Then again, he mentioned that Biden officials would call his company to “scream and curse” at his executives, insinuating that these officials are criminally liable for political extortion and abuse of power.
Whether Zuckerberg’s actions are motivated by vengeance or self-preservation, what matters is that he’s exposing the Biden administration’s significant role in global censorship, power abuse, political interference, and bullying.
